2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within same business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—details will be displayed on the homepage or during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number. You can also track your order through your account on our website or using the courier's website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is also available.

Additional COD charges (₹30 – ₹50) may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

We will assist in tracking the parcel or issuing a replacement/refund, as applicable

Please share un boxing videos and photos in case of damaged items for claims
