* Bonuses are based on actual sales volume.

* Payouts may be delayed for fraud checks, returns, or policy violations.

5. *Code of Conduct*

You agree not to:

* Harass or mislead others

* Use the platform for illegal or deceptive practices

* Upload malware, spam, or harmful content

Violation may result in account termination and loss of earned commissions.

6. *Intellectual Property*

All website content, logos, software, and materials are property of Binary Network as well respected Vendors and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. *Limitation of Liability*

We are not liable for:

* Indirect or consequential losses

* Technical issues outside our control

* Earnings loss due to network changes, market forces, or third-party disruptions

8. *Termination*

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

* Violate these Terms

* Breach our refund or privacy policies

* Engage in fraud or abuse of the binary system

9. *Governing Law*

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jalgaon Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that location.
